A new survey has revealed clear public support for mass deporting all illegal immigrants in the United States, especially those who have committed crimes.
PULSE POINTS WHAT HAPPENED: A new poll has found that a clear majority of Americans support the mass deportation of all illegal immigrants. DETAIL: The Harvard-Harris poll of 1,725 registered voters found that 56 percent of Americans support mass deportations, eight points clear of the 44 percent who are opposed. This includes 77 percent of Republicans, 53 percent of independents, and even 37 percent of Democrats. Support for deportation rises dramatically when focused on illegal immigrants who have committed crimes. Ninety percent of Republicans, 79 percent of independents, and 71 percent of Democrats support deporting illegals who are criminals.
