President Trump signed an executive order calling for a slimmed-down childhood vaccine schedule and proposing the breaking of the MMR vaccine into three separately administered shots. The order also advises states to review federal vaccine recommendations and update school enrollment requirements.

MMR vaccine coverage ranged from a high of 98.9% in West Virginia to a low of 75.2% in Idaho.
