The lawyers of Tyler Robinson, the man charged in connection with the shooting death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, on Friday requested a six-month delay for a court hearing scheduled in May to review evidence that suggests the bullet that killed Kirk did not match the rifle.Kirk, one of Turning Point USA’s founders, was fatally shot in the neck while speaking at a rally at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, on Sept. 10.
