A pair of daredevils scaled the very top of the Empire State Building’s spire in New York City, unfurled a massive peace banner, and then held a marriage proposal hundreds of feet above the city streets. NEWSMAX Correspondent Sarah Williamson has more on “Bianca Across the Nation.”
