Pennsylvania has recorded a total of four measles-associated deaths this year, state health officials said.
So far in 2026, DOH has confirmed 693 measles cases in 38 counties in the state.

The 40-year-old woman, who was from Jefferson County was unvaccinated, according to the coroner.
