A 26-year-old former car salesman in Belgium now holds the title of Prince after King Philippe's brother quietly registered the young man as his biological son at a civil registry ceremony, a secret kept for more than two decades. Prince Laurent, the younger brother of Belgium's reigning monarch, legally accepted paternity of Clément Vandenkerckhove roughly six months ago, The Sun reported . The registration, carried out in a low-key civil ceremony, only became public this month. It grants Clément the formal title of Prince and equal inheritance rights to Laurent's private estate, the same standing as Laurent's three other children.
