Grammy-winning singer Ray LaMontagne fell backward on stage at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium while performing a song from his debut album, cutting the concert short and drawing emergency medical treatment for dehydration. LaMontagne, 53, was strumming his guitar and singing "Jolene," a track from his 2004 debut album "Trouble," when he began grunting audibly, grabbed the microphone stand, and collapsed backward on stage during the September 5 show.
