SpaceX says its proposed Vermilion Parish facility could launch about 30 rockets each day from five launch complexes spread across 125,000 acres. Louisiana leaders call the project a $100 billion investment. Yet residents near the coastal site are asking how the flights will affect their homes, wildlife and way of life.
