Culture Dress for the Weather Wearing windbreakers during winter suggests a certain disconnection from reality. As I write this column, the snow has vanished, the sky is bright and cloudless, and the high temperature is somewhere in the bracing but companionable upper 40s. This means that my fellow Ohioans are dressing . . . in much the same manner as they have during the last few weeks of bitter cold. What gives?
