A federal judge ruled on Monday that California cannot enforce a law banning federal agents from wearing masks during immigration enforcement operations, but it can require them to show identification when performing their duties. U.S. District Judge Christina Snyder found that the “No Secret Police Act” signed into law by California Gov.
