Attorney General Pam Bondi will testify before the House Judiciary Committee Wednesday morning on oversight of the Justice Department (DOJ), weeks after the Trump administration released its final tranche of documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Earlier this month, Bondi's deputy Todd Blanche said the department's review of the files was "over" after taking longer than the original Dec. 19 deadline required by law to publicly unveil the records — which included heavy redactions. This week, lawmakers have been given access to review unredacted versions of the Epstein files, which has opened the door to further pushback on the administration's handling of the case. The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. EST.
