A manhunt is underway in Ohio after at least 12 people were injured in a Saturday shooting at a neighborhood festival in Toledo. Toledo Deputy Police Chief Joseph Heffernan said at a Saturday press conference that there were at least two shooters, who law enforcement officials believe were aiming at one another.
