Authorities in Florida have released more material on Isabelle Johnson, a fugitive wanted for murder, including a photograph of the large tattoo that covers her back. Some 40,000 migrants crossed into Spain's enclave of Ceuta on July 30 alone, according to the Spanish newspaper El País. Ceuta is a Spanish outpost of just under 12 square miles on the North African coast, bounded on land by Morocco and separated from mainland Spain by the narrow Strait of Gibraltar. BBC reporting indicates that the crisis continued in the hours that followed, and has led to an official death toll of no fewer than 34. #Ceuta #Spain #Migration
