More than a dozen people have been charged over ties to an alleged cocaine trafficking operation at fraternities associated with Penn State University, according to state Attorney General Dave Sunday. The university said in a statement that it has placed one of the fraternities allegedly involved on interim suspension and is investigating the current students who were charged.
