The New York City Police Department arrested a 27-year-old man for allegedly assaulting officers with snow and ice on Monday during a massive snowball fight in Washington Square Park on Monday. Gusmane Coulibaly was taken into custody Thursday morning, the NYPD said, noting he was also arrested less than three weeks ago for attempted robbery in the transit system.
