TUPAC TRIAL LIVE: Watch Day 9 of the trial of Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who is accused of orchestrating the 1996 drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur, live from Las Vegas court. Davis is charged with murder with the use of a deadly weapon with intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang. The trial is expected to last about a month. Prosecutors accuse Davis of ordering the fatal shooting as retaliation for a brawl that broke out on a casino floor shortly before Shakur was killed.
