Minneapolis police released body-worn camera footage on Wednesday showing the moments officers exchanged fire with an active shooter in an apartment building in early September. Three people were shot and killed including the suspect who was killed in an exchange of gunfire. Five others were wounded, including two officers who were struck by gunfire.
