A federal judge has granted CNN, Politico and MS NOW a temporary restraining order requiring the White House to restore the outlets’ hard-pass press credentials.
The same judge, Timothy Kelly, ordered a CNN journalist's access restored in a similar case back in 2018.
“In any other context, you’d look at this and go, ‘Shut this down. This is the dumbest idea I ever saw,’” Roger McNamee says.
