The defense attorney for Lindsay Clancy said in court one juror was "refusing to listen to the law" Thursday after the judge sent the jury back to deliberate for a third time. Judge William Sullivan informed the jury they needed to continue their deliberations, reminding them about "reasonable doubt" after a question from the jury Thursday. Kevin Reddington objected to the judge's decision to send the jury back, requesting the court to remove the juror. "The court has an instruction from the foreperson of that jury that's been working for a week now saying that there's one juror who refuses to listen to the law that you've given him or her on reasonable doubt," Reddington said.
