After nearly a week of deliberations, a jury of nine women and three men has not been able to reach a verdict in the Lindsay Clancy case. After lunch Thursday, the jury forewoman submitted another note to the judge stating one lone juror could be holding up the verdict, and defense attorney Kevin Reddington wants the juror out.
