Investigators have gathered more than one-million pieces of digital evidence from a Philadelphia home linked to seven missing women. Philadelphia police told FOX 29 that they collected more than 600,000 photos, 70,000 videos and 10,000 pages of writings. Police said they identified 58 people in the images and videos, including at least four, possibly five, who “appear lifeless.” One of the videos, FOX 29 reports, appears to show a woman being handcuffed to a bed, with her neck zip-tied, until she falls unconscious… The home at the center of the investigation belonged to Raymond Horsch, who is no longer alive. His son, Eugene Horsch was now living in that house.
The fight over Missouri’s congressional map was back before a federal appeals court Thursday, as the state prepares to send out ballots in just a matter of days. The question of whether it was too late to make any changes to the map was central as a three-judge panel for the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in a dispute led by several GOP congressional candidates.
