YOUTUBE (NewsNation) - Former NY prosecutor questions handling of Cornell sexual assault case | CUOMO
Former New York prosecutor Rick Trunfio tells Chris Cuomo there are serious questions about how the Cornell sexual assault investigation was handled. Trunfio says investigators and prosecutors should have reviewed both the alleged victim’s recorded interview and written statement, particularly because the accounts appear to differ. He also questions why campus police took the lead on such a sensitive case rather than working closely with specialized law enforcement and prosecutors. Chris Cuomo hosts "CUOMO," a no-nonsense show featuring the day's most important news from all perspectives.
