YOUTUBE (Newsmax) - NewsGuard: The New Censorship | Newsfront Thu Oct 1 16:29:59 2026

▶️

In this episode of "Newsfront," NEWSMAX examines NewsGuard, the media ratings company that scores news organizations and provides credibility assessments used by advertisers, technology platforms, and corporate partners. Critics argue that NewsGuard disproportionately penalizes conservative media outlets while rewarding legacy media organizations that have been wrong on major stories, including COVID-era debates, the Hunter Biden laptop story, and Russia collusion coverage. The documentary explores allegations involving advertiser pressure, Big Tech partnerships, government funding, media influence, and the broader debate over what critics call the "censorship industrial complex." Featuring commentary from media executives, journalists, and free speech advocates, this special report looks at one of the most contentious battles in modern media.
