What previous legal actions did Halle Berry take regarding the custody of her son Maceo?
Approximately two years before Martinez's latest filing, Halle Berry sought sole custody of Maceo. How did Halle Berry's attorney, Marina Beck, respond to the child abuse claims made by Olivier Martinez?
Marina Beck branded the claims as "meritless" and "deliberately misleading." She stated that there is voluminous evidence and numerous judicial rulings showing that Martinez has a history of erratic, possessive, and violent behavior, including repeatedly violating court orders and interfering with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions for their son. She characterized his conduct as a documented pattern of misconduct for which he has already been legally sanctioned.
