The Trump administration is still trying to insist they have a right to ban journalists with MS Now, CNN, and Politico from the White House. In a new court filing, the administration argued against the motion the news outlets filed, seeking a longer-term block on Trump’s ban. Next week, a judge in the case will hear arguments in the media companies’ request for the long-term injunction against the ban on the same day the temporary restraining order allowing the outlets access to the White House is set to expire.
