Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has deported over 2,000 terrorists and suspected terrorists since President Donald J. Trump returned to office, according to new data.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has arrested over 2,100 terrorists and suspected terrorists under the second Trump administration, with a similar number deported over the course of the year. The data also revealed that 2,015 were deported during that period. This follows data showing that the agency made a record 50,925 arrests last month. All three defendants are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony. Brass and Price are charged with an additional count of identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony.
The agency says ICE arrested over 2,150 known or suspected terrorists and deported 2,015 from roughly January 2025 to August 2026.
Officials say immigration arrests had reached an all-time high of close to 50 a month in July and August.
The lawsuit states that the presence of federal agents arresting illegal immigrants would interfere with the "smooth administration of elections at the local level."
