A woman walking on a Loudoun County trail says she fought off an attempted abduction by an illegal alien who, according to court records cited by NEWSMAX's Jason Mattera, had prior arrests and was never turned over to ICE. Jason reports "another community is paying the price for that catch and release style of progressive justice."
