Brianna Westbrook, 41, a transgender rights activist who previously ran for Congress in Arizona, was arrested after Phoenix police responded to a call on July 10 at 6 p.m. The woman who called said Westbrook had shown up at her door holding a knife in one hand and black tape in the other.
