Republican gubernatorial candidate Steve Hilton released a new whistleblower video alleging more than 200 migrant children were placed at a container storage site during Xavier Becerra's tenure atop the Department of Health and Human Services, and that Becerra knew and did nothing. The three-minute video, which Hilton posted to X on July 30, features an anonymous female worker describing how a colleague discovered during a routine background review that more than 200 children had been sent to the same address. The colleague pulled up the location on Google Maps. It was not a house in a residential neighborhood. It was a lot full of shipping containers.
