The legal fight traces back to June 2024, when a painter named Andrew Jackson allegedly fell while working inside Belichick's Fair Street home on Nantucket, a Massachusetts island property valued at roughly $5 million. Jackson claims he severely injured his right ankle after slipping on improperly maintained plastic sheeting that covered floors and furniture during the job.
