A 37-year-old restaurant worker in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is drawing praise after security footage captured him dragging a fighting customer over the counter and onto the floor, and the man he stopped now faces assault and battery charges. Hakeem LaPierre had worked at Boots and Sonny's restaurant for just two months when a Monday afternoon shift turned violent. A customer identified in a police report as Gregory Tyricus Jacobs, 24, allegedly stomped on the foot of an older man who was leaving the restaurant. Punches followed.
