An airspace closure delayed the Ukrainian leader’s trip between Moldova and Norway, officials said. They did not confirm a claim by Norway’s prime minister that a drone had “almost hit” the plane.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said the strikes occurred at oil-processing plants in Russia’s Perm region. Ukraine also targeted launch sites for Russian drones in the Kursk Oblast region and another site in the Black Sea.
