Former McLean Hospital social worker Emily Thorndike was called to court after her TikTok video went viral online for criticizing testimony about the facility. Judge William Sullivan ultimately decided not to allow Thorndike to testify before the jury, saying her testimony had “limited value” given that she had not worked there for some time before January 2023.
