Agostino Abbatiello, the 24-year-old leader of a cocaine-trafficking ring involving 13 former Penn State University students and fraternity members, surrendered to authorities Tuesday. The students were charged in connection with the operation that allegedly forced fraternity pledges to cut and process cocaine that was then sold to students.
