Joshua Smith was sentenced Monday at Hull Crown Court to three years and eight months behind bars on two counts of throwing a prohibited article into a prison. The article in question: a black parcel stuffed with an estimated £12,000 worth of drugs and a mobile phone, lobbed over the brick wall of HMP Hull, a Category B men's prison in East Yorkshire.
