A federal judge has struck down a $100,000 fee the Trump administration imposed on new H-1B visas for skilled foreign workers.
Trump has imposed travel bans and pauses on immigration applications from a litany of countries, primarily in Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
The judge also put a stop to the processing of asylum claims from any country and ordered a review of all immigration benefits.
The ruling included a stay on several administrative policies, including the pause in immigration processing. The Trump administration is certain to appeal.
