Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher says several shootings over the July 4th weekend in the Minneapolis metro area trace back to Somali youth gangs, groups he estimates are responsible for 14 homicides and more than 100 gang-related shootings in the past two years alone. Fletcher made the claims during a livestream, as reported by the Daily Caller , describing a scene at a business called Juice Time in Arden Hills where roughly 300 Somali youth gathered over the holiday weekend. Some of those present, Fletcher said, were gang members. Law enforcement officers on site managed to tamp down trouble at that location, but it didn't hold.
