U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) saved a 14-year-old after the teen jumped out of a moving vehicle in Texas. On July 2, ICE law enforcement officer Javier Moralez of the Harlingen-Corpus Christi Sub-Office was traveling on Interstate 37 when he spotted two vehicles stopped along the roadside and an individual lying face down in a ditch, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller.
