In October 2020, Taylor Parker killed 21-year-old Reagan Simmons-Hancock in her New Boston, Texas home and removed Hancock’s unborn daughter, in an attempt to pass the baby off as her own. Both Reagon-Simmons and her unborn child died. A jury later convicted Parker of capital murder and sentenced her to death, of which she still awaits on Texas death row.
