The man accused of fatally shooting conservative activist Charlie Kirk at a Utah college campus nearly a year ago faces a pivotal hearing that could determine whether he stands trial for aggravated murder, and whether prosecutors can seek the death penalty. Tyler Robinson, 23, of Washington, Utah, is set to appear Tuesday in Fourth District Court in Provo, where Judge Tony Graf Jr. will rule on whether probable cause supports the aggravated murder charge filed against him.
