A resident at the luxury Nashville complex spotted Dr. Witherspoon face down on the concrete near the building's pool on Friday and immediately alerted the doorman on duty, Page Six reported . The doorman and building manager rushed to the scene and rolled the retired ear, nose, and throat doctor onto his back. He blinked his eyes when they asked if he was OK.
