According to state media, Kim Yo Jong, a top adviser and sister of North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un, denied knowledge of a call between the country’s leader and President Trump. CNN's Will Ripley reports.
The suspected launch on Thursday comes a day after North Korea shrugged off a U.S. decision to scale back military drills with South Korea in an apparent bid to resume diplomacy.
