Former child actress Raquel Lee has filed a lawsuit accusing Disney of failing to protect her from an employee who allegedly raped her during a 2001 film shoot, and the company has refused to comment. Lee, now 39, alleges in the complaint that a middle-aged male Disney employee groomed and sexually assaulted her while she was working on the Disney Channel Original Movie "The Poof Point," filmed in Utah when she was 14 years old. The man, identified only as "Mr. Doe" in the filing, was at least double her age. USA TODAY reported it obtained the legal complaint directly.
