EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. — The United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois has ruled in favor of the federal government in a lawsuit against the State of Illinois, Governor J.B. Pritzker, and multiple state entities, declaring key state education policies unconstitutional as applied to aliens who are not lawfully present in the country. United States Attorney Steven D.
