House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) speaks with reporters more than a month after funding for the Department of Homeland Security lapsed. Jeffries and other House Democrats formally launched their bid to fund the Transportation Security Administration and other non-immigration enforcement agencies amid the impasse.
