Netflix is walking away from its offer to buy Warner Bros. Discovery’s studio and streaming business in a move that effectively puts Paramount in a position to purchase its rival. Anderson Cooper left CBS and “60 Minutes” after two decades earlier this month and told the press and his new boss at CBS, Bari Weiss, that he wanted to spend more time with his young sons.
