2,977 lights, one for each life lost during 9/11, were assembled to depict the Twin Towers over New York Harbor in a commemorative display ahead of the 25th anniversary of the terror attacks. Organizers say the "aerial artwork" was made in collaboration with artists, 9/11 families, survivors and first responders.
