An independent autopsy commissioned by the family of Nolan Wells, the Mississippi teen found dead after a Fourth of July outing on Horn Island, returned no definitive cause or manner of death, and the questions surrounding his final hours keep multiplying. Attorney Ben Crump announced the results at a press conference Wednesday, saying the examination by Dr. Roger Mitchell, a former Washington, D.C., chief medical examiner, listed both the cause and manner of Wells' death as undetermined pending further investigation.
