"It strains credulity to think that Judge Abudu, a senior legal officer at SLPC, wouldn't have been aware of the organization's alleged criminal conduct during her tenure," Uthmeier stated in the letter.
“The Climate Cartel is trying to hijack our judicial system to accomplish their net-zero carbon agenda,” said Uthmeier. “But the Courts are not the place to push policy."
Uthmeier says the state may take enforcement action against the NFL if it continues to use the Rooney Rule, which encourages teams to interview minority and female candidates for coaching positions.
