Democrats may be trying to deny Maryland Republicans representation again in their latest redistricting effort. Maryland lawmakers announced plans for a special session next month to draft a constitutional amendment aimed at redistricting the state ahead of the 2024 midterm elections, the Associated Press reported Tuesday.
